I purchased my first ever Fitbit (inspire 2) several weeks back.
One reason I went for the Inspire 2 is it came with a years free premium.
Trouble is, when I try to activate it, it says I have already participated in the free trial & wants to charge me. I can prove I've not via Google subscriptions.
I have tried to get it sorted via chat but just keep being told they will escalate higher & I will receive an email. This has yet to happen!
I'm rather frustrated & disappointed. I can't afford to pay for the service without knowing if I'm actually going to use them & enjoy them. With a free trial I'm more likely to pay in future.
Any one have any ideas?

Due to the high volume contacts, there might be a delay from Support, however, be sure that they will get back to you as soon as possible. In the meantime, since no subscription has been activated, you may want to subscribe to either the monthly or yearly membership, then our Support team will help you with the refund process.
