Cant get Wellness Report FAIL

Multiple requests for Wellness  Report.  I have my Annual Doctor's appt tomorrow and was really looking forward to discussing.   No helpful answers on board.  Others have same issue but no answers.  Fitbit?

Can't get wellness report to work either...bummer as it would be great data to take to doctor...

I'd like you to confirm you're doing this procedure to view your Wellness Report: 

 

  1. From the Fitbit app, tap the Discover tab 
     
     > Health & Fitness Stats > Wellness Report.
  2. Read the description, then tap Preview Report Request My Report. When your report is ready, you’ll see a notification in the Fitbit app. Your report may take a few minutes to appear in your inbox.
  3. From the Today tab 
     

    , tap the inbox icon 

  4. Tap the Personal Health Report notification, which stays in your inbox for up to 30 days.
  5. Tap View Report to open the report on your phone, or tap Share to send the report to yourself or a healthcare professional. 

 

Note the following:

  • You must have at least 30 days of data to generate a Wellness Report.
  • Certain data requires a heart-rate enabled device to track.
  • Only data you track or log appears in the Wellness Report. For example, you must log your weight in the Fitbit app to see weight data in your report.
  • The Wellness Report feature of Fitbit Premium is available in English only in certain regions, with more regions coming soon.

It appears that a wellness report is generated.  When I go into notifications, I have 2 options:  download or share.  Choosing download it just says downloading and goes into a continuous loop, never completing.  Choosing share just goes into an endless loop saying something like preparing report to share.  I have let both of these options run for over an hour with no results.Sent via the Samsung Galaxy Note9, an AT&T 5G Evolution capable smartphone

When you tap on download, this report will be found on your download internal folder of your phone, please double check this folder. This specifically show as a download on your phone's notifications.

The downloads never complete so they are not located on downloads on phone..  Sent via the Samsung Galaxy Note9, an AT&T 5G Evolution capable smartphone
