I'd like you to confirm you're logged into the same Apple account that you were when subscribing to Premium. Also, you may want to change your location to the previous one and double check your subscriptions again.
Also, please confirm you're doing this procedure to cancel your subscription.

Yes, I'm logged in with same apple id. I can't easily change location to previous one, coz then all my active subscriptions will fail.
And I confirm that I followed the procedure and there's no Fitbit subscription on Subscriptions list.
Meanwhile I've sent same question to apple.

I appreciate that you mentioned you contacted Apple. I'd like you to continue the communication with them as they might be able to provide you with the correct procedure on how to locate this subscription without changing your location and lose your other memberships.
