Changing google account so i can activate my 1 year of premium

I want to activate my 1 year of premium but can't get it to recognize my other Google account. It wants to use my school account which doesn't allow in app purchases. I have another Google account on my Samsung s20 Fe but it only brings up my school Google account when i click on start membership. I have the fitbit inspire 2. Please help!

Hi, @Darkskitty , it probably wants to use the same email address as your Fitbit account - is your school account the one associated with your Fitbit account/ Inspire 2  You can change this to your other account using the web based platform.  You can access it from the Community pages - on the top right of each page in the community forums you will see “Dashboard” click on that and on the next page click on the gear icon (also top right) and choose “settings” .  On the settings page you will find the option to change email address.  Once you have changed it you will need to log in to the app using your updated email address.
