Changing trackers whilst in free trial

Will try to explain this as succinctly as possible! I bought an Inspire 2 approx 1 month ago, this gave me 12 months premium for free. I decided to upgrade already, so have just bought the Versa 4, this comes with 6 months free premium.

What I’m wondering is, when I add my Versa 4 to my account and start using it, does the existing 12 month trial I’m on continue if I don’t activate the 6 month trial that came with new Versa 4? Or does the existing trial cease as a new tracker has been added??

I did try to find out from other threads but no joy. Any help would be much appreciated!

Hello @Lorryking89! The Premium is linked to your Fitbit account, not your device. So if you switch to the Versa 4, the remaining time of your other free trial will still be active and will work with your Versa 4. Once that free trial ends, you can sign up for the Versa 4 free trial.

Thanks @Heather-S for your reply 🙂

So there is no time limit in regards to how long I have to sign up for the Versa 4 six month premium trial?

@Lorryking89 No time limit at all! You can activate the Versa 4 free trial whenever you want.
