Charge 5 - 6 Month Premium trial not showing

Just got my Charge 5 today (Sep 29) and I'm not being offered the 6-Month free Premium trial. 

I cancelled my previous Premium membership Aug 25, 2021 (expiration date Sep 25, 2021) so I have no active membership.

I read that this trial would be available for "new and returning customers only".

 

Please help.

I'm only getting paid options to start Fitbit Premium.
