Charge 5 - Can no longer log mindfulness sessions

Hi,

I’m wondering what has changed in the last month or so. I never had issues  logging mindfulness sessions on my Charge 3, but I was only able to log one (last month) on my Charge 5. It no longer gives me the option to log them and does not record them automatically. This has happened at least twice in the last week. 
Please help!
