Charge 5 is broken and I was charged by Premium

Look into what I posted a couple months ago. Was so done with Fitbit. My Charge 5 suddenly was broken, 2 weeks before Charge 6. Asked for a refund, they say they will give a discount for the new one, never got one. Now I just realized I still got charged for my Fitbit Premium?? I want a refund. Email me pls.

Yes @runaryorun you need to cancel Premium before the trial or your subscription runs out . As @LZeeW suggests, you will need to contact support for both.
