Charged for 12 moths of Fitbit Premium when it should've been free

I accepted the offer of a 6 month free trial but was charged for a 12 month premium subscription instead. This charge was was not authorised by me. I have contacted customer service twice per week for a month and have not received a resolution. I feel compelled to warn others of Fitbit's deceptive conduct.

@ATP2011 Did you activate the 6 months free and then after that it charged you? That is standard practice with all subscription services these days. You have to cancel the free trial before the end of it to avoid being charged.

If Fitbit has not been responsive about refunding you, you should dispute the charge with your bank or credit card company.
