Charged for Fitbit Coach but now I no longer have premium?

I don't understand i have been a supporter of Fitbit for years & paying for Premium with included the Coach feature. Now it just renewed & paid but my account no longer recognizes my premium service? Its offering me a 90 Day Trial. I just paid for the year!

I am in the same boat plus now I don't even get sleep or step information in my app!

@SpokaneDebra Since you mentioned that you were a Fitbit Coach user but your Fitbit Premium features aren't loading. I've shared your post with our Support team and someone will contact you as soon as possible. @location Please provide me with more details in order to provide you with the correct troubleshooting. Did you purchase Fitbit Premium or Fitbit Coach subscription? Are your Premium features locked?
