Charged for Fitbit Premium which I had cancelled

I found out this morning that I have been charged £79.99 for a premium membership which I had cancelled before the end of my free trial.  What can I do now and how do I get my money back?

@Bluepaint Double check that is is canceled:

  • In the Fitbit app, tap the Today tab, then tap your profile picture.
  • Scroll down and tap Account Settings.
  • Then tap Manage Subscriptions. Your active subscriptions open in your phone’s app store.
  • Tap your Fitbit Premium subscription > Cancel Subscription. Note that you won't see this option if you already canceled your subscription.

If your subscription was canceled and you were charged after the fact, then please reach out Customer Support
