Charged for Premium on an old account

I have a Fitbit but not Premium, so I was surprised when I saw I was charged $118.64 for Premium. Turns out it's on an old Google Play account that no longer exists! How do they charge on an account that does exist? I have no idea. But my attempts to dispute the charge with my CC failed and my attempts to get ANY help with Google Play or Fitbit have been fruitless. Does Fitbit even HAVE customer service or just this community forum circle jerk? I've hit 'Contact' 17 times and it just brings me back to this. Ridiculous.

Welcome to the forums, @FelicityDR.

Thanks for the detailed information, and the steps that you've tried on your own. I'm sorry for the experience that you've gone through. Before anything else, I'd like to explain that if your Fitbit account is still active, your Premium subscription will continue working and you'll be charged for its usage at the end of the period.

While you've tried working on this matter, let's try logging out from the Fitbit app and then log back in using your previous credentials to access your old account. There you can go ahead and cancel your subscription.

Please note that services such as Premium are non-refundable, but you can try contacting your credit card so they can evaluate your options.
