I was offered a YEAR free premium with my Fitbit purchase from Kohl’s in April 2021. I was just charged. I have contacted support but they said they can’t help. I contacted them again and they are looking into it. I will file a BBB complaint if I have to. I am 110% sure it was a year long subscription trial. Terrible!

I was able to see that you have a case with our Support team and it was transferred to another department, please expect a reply from them soon. They'll be happy to further investigate this.
