Charged for the 6 month free premium trial on Sense

I tried activating my 6-month free premium trial. It said I needed to select a plan for auto-renewal after the trial ends. I selected the 1-month plan, and it immediately charged me for the 1 month instead of activating a 6-month subcription. 

 

I HAVE NOT USED THE TRIAL BEFORE. So please do not get back at me with that.

I would cancel premium. It will not be renewed, and then you should be invited to your free 6 months. 

It sounds like you may have simply signed up for premium instead of following the invitation link for the 6 month premium. 

 

I also moved your premium question out of hardware support.
