Charged too early for Premium trial

Hello,

 

I received my new charge 5 after under warrantee after the old one died.  After pairing the device with my phone, it said my new device comes with a 6 month "premium fitbit".

 
I activated it - and it asked for a payment method which I assumed would be used for the charge in 6 months.  I received an email notification immediately that I had been charged for the subscription which ended 1 year from today.
 
It seems the 6 month offer was not honoured.  How can I get it activated?

@FueltheFuture I would contact Customer Support. They will likely be the ones to have to straighten this out for you.
