Check your subscriptions - I'm getting charged for FitBit Premium two months earlier

I pre-ordered my Fitbit Luxe in April 2021, however due to the famous production/delivery delays that we all know about, I received the Luxe and activated my Premium subscription on June 2021, two months later. A Fitbit rep told me to use a different email address to activate the subscription to ensure it started on June 2021. However, the original email account I used to purchase the Fitbit is now being charged $9.99 for the monthly Fitbit Premium (because 6 months has now lapsed since pre-ordering in April). I have cancelled the subscription a day to late, but I urge everyone else to check their accounts to cancel the trial before this happens to you.

I just moved your post over to the Premium forums since this has nothing to do with the Luxe and everything to do with Premium itself.  Hopefully, you'll get a more accurate response.
