Compatible apps for heart rate monitoring with Charge 5

I need to strictly monitor my heart rate zones, particularly to avoid going into cardio ( I have severe M.E)
Are there any apps that will show the HR constantly.  I used to use HRPacing which was excellent but I can't find it  since I upgraded to Charge 5.  Any help?
