Daily Readiness "I Agree" grayed out...help?!

Got a Charge 5 for Christmas. So far, so good. Activated my 6-month Premium membership. Read all the info, went to click "I agree" and it's grayed out. Can't agree, therefore, no daily readiness.

 

I've gone through all the permissions and notifications. I haven't found an answer to this though. Can anyone give me a hand with this?

Wait...it was that easy? I was simply not scrolling down far enough?

You are totally correct. Sheesh. I feel quite foolish. I am VERY glad this is the end of the year. I would hate to start a new year like that! lol
