Did not get Premium 6-month free trial that comes with Fitbit Sense

I paired my brand new fitbit sense with the fitbit app yesterday, did not get 6-month premium frial added

What happened?

Hi @Nilsarne85,

 

I didn't get my Premium membership either.  It appears to be something on Fitbit's end.  Have you contacted Support directly and provided them with the email that you used to set up your account?  You can contact them via the link at the bottom of the page.

I'd like you to confirm this procedure was followed to activate the Premium trial: 

 

  1. Tap the Premium tab.
  2. Read the overview, and tap the button to get started.
  3. Choose a 1-year or monthly subscription to start after your trial, and follow the instructions to subscribe.

If you have but the trial didn't display, get in touch with our Support team as described by @DramaQueenDiva
