Didn't get free trial with new Charge 6 purchase

I bought a new Charge 6 and signed up for Premium, expecting a 6 month free trial. Instead I was charged full price for 12 months. Any ideas how to fix this?

Thanks a lot for taking the time to contact us and explain this situation to me, let me help you out! 

The first thing that comes to mind is that perhaps you were already subscribed to a Premium Membership and forgot to cancel it before the auto-renewal processed.

If that is not the case, the only recommendation I can give you is to get in touch with our Support Team. They will follow up on your case until they determine the reason for the charge.
