Does Coach adapt to age and low impact?

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I am 60 years old and completely out of shape.  In addition, I am not flexible. I loaded the fitbit coach onto my xbox under the assumption that the exercises could be adapted to my needs.  I could not even do any to the fitness test exercises.  They were high impact and required flexibility.  I am very disappointed and discouraged.

Am I missing something?  If the program could adapt to age and low impact, I would be willing to subscribe but my impression is that it is for people already in shape not people starting from scratch.

@pilgeram It's nice to see you on the Community. Sorry for the delayed reply.

Thanks for sharing your feedback about Fitbit Coach.

When you're doing the exercise session, you're able to rate each exercise and depending on this, your exercises will be changing.

It offers different programs from beginners such as Get Moving: this is great for those getting started, offering manageable sessions for anyone. The next level will be Get Lean because it will advise you to exercise 4 times a week and it will have a lot of exercises that will help you burn a lot of calories.

Learn more about it by checking this article: What should I know about Fitbit Premium?

Additionally, if you would like to subscribe or cancel your subscription, you may want to check this article: How do I purchase, manage, or cancel my Fitbit Coach Premium subscription?

I'll be around if you have any additional questions 😀
