Does anyone know why I couldn’t get my sleep score sometimes?

I just start the premium mainly for checking my sleep conditions. And the first day I got my score and details then second day no results, third day I got my score again. Today is my forth day and I don’t get scores again. 
does anyone know what happened here?? 
Appreciate for any help!

@Meggie.Y It's hard to tell. Are you wearing your Fitbit with the same looseness or tightness every night? I would suggest restarting your Fitbit and maybe deleting the Fitbit app and reinstalling it to see if that will correct it. You should be getting a nightly sleep score.

I have the same issue with my charge 5. Records just fine then misses a night. I always restart but it’s frustrating when my main requirement is for sleep info.

In addition to the steps recommended by @Heather-S, another thing is that you must see sleep stages to see a sleep score. Please see What should I know about Fitbit sleep stages? for more information.

 

@Gethjane I just checked our records and I realized that you already get in contact with our Support team, therefore, I'll ask you to keep an open conversation with them to get a resolution to your situation.

I am so disappointed in the Sense 2.. I had a Charge 5 for 2 years and it was giving me sleep score over 95% of the nights.. since start of Feb my Sense 2 recorded 7 nights total and actually none at all in last 2 weeks.. I have tried band at different tightness.. even changed wrist..deleted and reinstalled app.. all troubleshooting tips..
