Does the Fitbit Premium subscription transfer to a new account?

I have a Fitbit Premium membership that is currently active until March on my account.  My current account is more or less messed up because of step counts that I didn't actually do that cannot be deleted from my account (I've been through the help chat many times and no number of steps we took deleted them), which is fine except for as a result of it I "earned" a bunch of badges as a result.  The badges cannot be deleted, and honestly, I'm kind of in a spot where I need to motivation, so I'm wanting to start over again.  I'm thinking about deleting my account and restarting it with a new email address.  I'm wondering, however, if I do that whether I will lose my premium membership, or if there is some way I can get it transferred to a new account?  I'm guessing I would lose it, but I wanted to check.

In the past, I have had support remove the badges. It did take 6 months of bickering 

As for transferring your premium membership, you will need to contact support.
