Hi guys,
in the first email that I‘ve got from fitbit, they want me to verify my account.
does that mean automatically to join a premium membership?
I do not want a paid membership, just a basic account!
is this possible?

The email you're receiving is just to verify and confirm the Fitbit account you're creating, it won't automatically sign you up for the Fitbit Premium membership.
In order to sign up for Fitbit Premium, you'll have to activate it manually in the Fitbit app, more information can be found here.
