My card has been being charged $9.99 a month. I do not want a paid subscription. Setting show that I don't have Premium so I can't cancel. How do I cancel going forward??

Thanks Odyssey. However, the issue is that it shows that I don't have Premium. However, I am still being billed $10.71 a month.

I realize now, I should have actually "replied". Thank you for your response. However, the apps shows that I don't have Fitbit Premium and I am still being charged $10.71 per month.

@DarleneGabba I've asked a Fitbit Moderator to stop by to suggest what your next step should be to stop the payments being charged to your credit card.

Welcome to the community, @DarleneGabba. @Odyssey13 Thanks for the heads up!
@DarleneGabba Thanks for taking the time to check your settings, and I'm sorry this happened to you. This is odd as the monthly subscription costs $9.99 and not $10.71. Nevertheless, I understand your concern and given this situation, I'd like to get you connected with our Support team. To do this, I need additional information from you that would best be shared privately. I’m sharing a link to a form for you to fill out so we can look into this further. This form is only meant for you to use, so let me know once you’re done.

Have a good one!
