Don't have Premium but I'm being charged

My card has been being charged $9.99 a month.  I do not want a paid subscription.  Setting show that I don't have Premium so I can't cancel.  How do I cancel going forward??

Thanks Odyssey.  However, the issue is that it shows that I don't have Premium.  However, I am still being billed $10.71 a month.

I realize now, I should have actually "replied".  Thank you for your response.  However, the apps shows that I don't have Fitbit Premium and I am still being charged $10.71 per month.

@DarleneGabba  I've asked a Fitbit Moderator to stop by to suggest what your next step should be to stop the payments being charged to your credit card.

My message on the form:
I have never had Fitbit Premium. I have checked my settings and it also
indicates I do not have Premium. I am being charged $10.71 a month, which
is the $9.99 plus sales tax and have been for quite some time. Please let
me know what I need to do to no longer be charged. I had been synching
with Weight Watchers until last weekend. I thought that might be it, so I
stopped synching. However, I was still charged $10.71 this past Thursday.
If I need to delete my account, I am willing to do so. I was just worried
that somehow I would still be charged and then not have a means to
communicate. Thank you.
