Can you please be more specific about the issue you are experiencing? Are you seeing this in any part of the Fitbit Coach app or in a tracker/watch? Which tracker you have? Have you tried the restart process? If you haven't, I recommend trying this by following the steps in the help article: How do I restart my Fitbit device?.
