Extend premium service due to service downtime

Has anyone had their Premium service extended by Fitbit due to downtime while waiting for service? I had to return my Fitbit Sense for replacement after many weeks of frustration that the watch was counting 100+ storeys daily. The replacement of the watch is taking over 3 weeks, cutting into my 6 months of premium services. After 3+ years with Fitbit, I’m not happy. Applecare last year was only SIX DAYS (and that included them sending me the box they wanted me to ship my item in!!) I asked Fitbit support about this using my ticket number and they referred my here Thanks
