Hi there, I am new to the Fitbit community and I’m astounded to find that there is not an option to share my Premium membership with my son. I have read many posts about this topic and see that the Fitbit company obviously don’t want to respond to their customers - that’s concerning. My premium membership came free with my purchase but I won’t be renewing it in a years time as there is no option to share with my family. I hope that after years of customers asking for this option that the company comes to the party.
