Not so generous of FitBit to offer 90 days free only to automatically charge my account with no recourse. Disappointed in the premier app and really disappointed now to have been charged for it.

Anyone new to Fitbit Premium can get a 90-day free trial of this paid subscription. If you have activated a trial before, this could be the reason why you were charged. Your understanding is appreciated, find more information in this article
