Hi!
i’m a premium member, and I actually think that the recipes are a great feature to have.
BUT the way they are implemented now absoutely sucks and needs to change. I’m going to quit being a premium member if they don’t change soon.
You don’t get a list with the ingredients instead you get a video, which is helpful, but only partially. The videos don’t say how much of each ingredient to add. So you’re stuck googling for the recipe. Its incredibly annoying and takes SO much time to find everything. If you aren’t going to list the ingredients and their amounts, at least link to the recipe so its easy to find?
This feature was what got me to try being a premium member, and i’m just disappointed, because it literally takes 2 times as long now to get my grocery list ready and figure out a meal plan because if i find a recipe that I want to try, I then have to go and find the actual recipe because the videos only help with showing what to do.
This needs fixed. Its quite honestly ridiculous that the developers didn’t think to link the recipe or write out the ingredients and amounts. Its like you didn’t bother to check that the videos don’t tell you this info.

Please consider this app is competing with MFP which does a much better job of providing recipe content in app.

I couldn’t agree more. I just joined Fitbit premium as I was on my way to the store and wanted some recipe inspiration. These videos without an accompanying recipe don’t help at all. I’m not a good enough cook to just wing it without even having a guide as to ingredient amounts. Very disappointed.

Agreed. This is super annoying. There's so many recipes I'd love to try but the videos don't show the actual recipe

I Agree!! Listing nutritional values would be helpful too since I am using the food plan. If I tried to use these recipes, how would I know what to enter as far at the calories?

@Kristincredible Your best experience will come from choosing the Eating Well recipe inspirations. I have been lucky enough to find every recipe I searched for on the website, with full nutritional information. The Fitbit inspirations seem to be just that.

I 100% agree with the original poster! The videos are pretty useless without recipes or links to recipes. In the app suggestion section you are mentioning, I did vote but I noticed the original request was posted way back in 2021, so it makes me wonder how often these requests are reviewed. Someone has to take the time to add the videos, it seems like it wouldn’t take much more to add a recipe or at the least, a link to a recipe.
