Fit premium for versa 3 in uk

Hi I live in the UK, my husband and I both have a versa 3 Fitbit. It says we can get 3 months free when we sign up to premium but every time we try it says payment failed and when we tried to buy from the Fitbit store it's only from the US.

Can we get premium and if so how please x

I have managed it finally, turns out some bank cards don't allow such subscriptions, so did it through paypal
