FitStar yoga no sound

Just bought fitstar premium yoga and it has no sound? No music or tip voice I have turned up audio. Anyone know how to fix this?

@EmilyR1 Welcome to the Community. Sorry for the delayed reply. 

 

It's pretty weird that you're not getting any sound, music or tip voice. I would like you to log out from your app and force quit it. After this, please log back in and check if you have these options. 

 

Also, keep in mind that it requires iOS 8.0 or later.

I’m having the same issue. I logged out and forced stop and it still is not working. I’ve turned the volume for coaching tips all the way up and it still has no sound.

I would like you to confirm you've double checked that the Coaching tips on your FitStar Yoga are "On" and that the volume has been properly adjusted. If you have checked this but you're still not hearing any sound, please log out from the app and force quit it.

Hi. I have the same problem and have tried all recommended actions. Even de-installing and reinstalling the app. Nothing works. The app has no sound and the settings are correct. What can be done?

I have the same problem 

may be it is because an update or something! I use FitStar yoga since a looooong time and it is a new problem. Please reply/fix it soon

One factor that may affect the volume of your session is the mute button on your device that is accidentally being in silent mode.  Another way to test if you have your mute button enabled is by plugging in the headphones into your device and then test the app. If you can hear sound in that scenario, that means mute is enabled on your device.
