After recently buying a fitbit sense, I've had numerous emails from fitbit to apply for the 6 month premium trial. I find out today that I can only have 3 months trial because the app is on my laptop! I would've had the app on my mobile if it wasn't for the fact that I have tried but it wouldn't pair. Apparently its a known tech issue that certain mobiles, although they meet the tech critetia, don't pair/sync (I have a huawei p30 lite). So I've been penilised. I contacted Fitbit help and that's what they've offered me, 3 months, which to me is wrong. It's advertised as 6 months.
