In a Fitbit bingo challenge and just went to swap a tile and accidentally exited it and now it and my active minutes are gone. Any way to fix this

Thanks for letting me know what you experienced with active minutes on the Challenge. It's pretty weird that when you exited from the app, your active minutes disappeared.
I would like you to make sure that there aren't any activities logged that might be deleting any active minutes on your Dashboard. Also, please try logging out from your app again and force quit it. Which phone model do you have?
