I downloaded FitBit and FitBit Coach from the Windows Store.
I can launch the regular FitBit app and login. Therefore I know my username and password (stored in a password manager) is valid.
When I load FitBit Coach, I get errors at launch. The first error I received is
"Error occurred while connecting to service. Please try again later"
If I click "OK" and ignore it, I can see a link that says "Already have an account. Log In"
so I clicked that link and select "Log In with Email"
after entering my credentials, I get this error
"Error Logging In
Request failed. Please check your network connection and try again"
The interesting thing is if I head over to the regular FitBit app then click "Guidance" and then select the big orange button "Open Fitbit Coach to start workout", it attempts to load this webpage (https://www.fitstar.com/). It doesn't even try to open the "FitBit Coach" app.
Unfortunately the FitStar website is offline

Then they should fix it asap.

Hi YojanaFitbit.
Unfortunately there isn't anything useful on the link you shared. The windows fitbit app still redirect to fitbit coach to watch workout. But fitbit coach is still having issues.
Please advise

@StinkyBoy Fitbit Coach stopped being a freestanding feature in July 2021. It's part of Fitbit Premium, but it just isn't the same as when it was freestanding. The workouts are only available on the Android and iOS mobile apps and aren't on the Fitbit app for Windows 10.

I was initially attracted to Fitbit for the Fitstart program. When Fitbit degraded the program to the Fitbit Coach, I didn't like it, but I dealt with it. Once they degraded the Firbit Coach program into basically a collection of YouTube videos and called it "Premium" they kind of lost me ... although I do love their interface for logging steps, food & water. The battery on my Charge 5 has recently given up the ghost and it's time for me to decide what to do next. Have you heard whether Fitbit will be returning with an interactive program like Fitstar or Fitbit Coach? If Fitbit isn't going to give me what attracted me to them any longer, I'm thinking this dead battery will be the impetus I needed to switch to Garmin or Apple. Are you aware of ANYONE that is offering interactive workouts like Fitbit used to have for us?
