Fitbit Premium 3 Month Trial with Versa 2 LE

My brand new Fitbit Versa 2 Limited Edition with 3 month Premium trial has arrived today, (replacing my Versa 1 LE), and there is absolutely no information in the box or in the paperwork on what steps I should take to start my 3 month trial.

 

In the Fitbit app it's self its offering me a "one week trial", so if course I don't want to click that, but where do I enable the full trial, and then how/where do I use it? Is it related to Coach or is it separate?

 

I've searched online and on Youtube but I can't find a step by step guide anywhere, and I don't want to lose the trial by signing up in the wrong place.

 

Has anyone worked out how to do this yet please?

  • Hi there! I have the same issue. My new shiny Versa 2 SE arrived and I absolutely cannot figure out how to activate free 3 month premium. Would appreciate any advise.

Hi, I have as similar issue. I have "purchased" the 3 month free trial with my Versa 2 SE. The subscription was confirmed by apple (with billing starting in 3 months) but I cannot find the Premium Content in the app. I am an existing Fitbit Coach subscriber and am using iOS 12.4.1 and Fitbit 3.6.1 (868). In the "Guidance" tab I just see the Fitbit Coach content but nothing related to Premium. Thanks

Hi Joe, please could you advise how have you managed to buy 3 month free trial? Regardless it is not showing any premium content.The only option I had is a standard substitution with 7 days trial. Went ahead hoping it will recognize devise some how and automatically will give me 3 months (silly idea!). Of course, it did not and apple shows my subscription ends in 1 month. I wrote to Live chart support and they could not help. Gave me the case number and advised I will be contacted. Waiting...

The issue in my original post was solved by Chat Support (Thanks!). Solution: I had to un-install my app and reinstall to get the latest updated UI. Previously I has been using the latest version of the app but with with the old UI (I had declined to switch to the new UI when it was shipped a few months ago)
