Hi,
I just got my new Pixel Watch 3 and activated the 6-month trial of Fitbit Premium using my existing Google account.
I’m really interested in sleep tracking, but I’m only seeing the basic data like awake time, sleep duration, etc. There’s no REM information or sleep score displayed. I’ve already tried restarting my phone and watch, and I’ve made sure that heart rate, SPO2, and other metrics are being tracked.
It seems like my profile shows that Premium is active, but I’m only getting the standard features.
Any suggestions?
Thanks a lot!

Hey there @Alex_2024, welcome to the Community.
Since this is a brand-new Pixel Watch, it's understandable that you miss seeing your sleep measurements.
It's important to remember that some metrics might take a few days to appear after you start wearing your device. Your device will record information while you sleep, building a database of your sleep habits.
After a few days or a few weeks especially for some metrics, you'll see the information in the app.
Please check this article to better understand how the sleep tracking works: What's sleep score in the Fitbit app?

Hey,
many thanks for clarification, fingers crossed that after almost 4 weeks I will get at least some sleep score.
Till not showing up. Maybe some Account setting on your end?
Thanks!

Hello there @Alex_2024, welcome to the community.
To ensure you're reading your sleep stats correctly, I recommend checking out this link. It explains how to use and keep your device clean so you can get the most accurate results.
Unfortunately, I don't have access to any of our users' accounts. It's only a matter of time before you're fully up and running, so I'll be around.
