I was recently charged $89 for Fitbit Premium. I do not have Fitbit Premium associated with my Gmail account although I did have it for a while with the previous email associated with the account (before the merge). I called and confirmed that no Premium account is associated with my Gmail address. I asked them to check under my old email and they can't access it. I logged out of my account and tried logging in with my old credentials but it wouldn't let me do that. I filed a case with Fitbit and Google Pay (there is no charge on my Google Pay, only on my debit card) but no one can help me. It's extremely unfair and unacceptable to charge me for something that I can't use. How do I resolve this?
