Fitbit Premium deactivates when it renews

I subscribe to Fitbit Premium.  I started in March with the free trial and have paid the monthly fee ever since.  Each month when it renews I am no longer a premium member.  In the past, I found some way to activate it but I cannot remember what I did. Does anyone know why this is happening and how I can restore the premium subscription?

@LauraS12 A warm welcome to the Fitbit Community. It's great to hear that you've been a Premium user since March! 

 

Since the Premium subscription is auto-renewing each month but it doesn't activate it please try restoring your purchases by doing the following: 

 

  1. In the Fitbit app, tap the Today tab 
     
     > your profile picture.
  2. Scroll down and tap Restore Purchases > OK.
