Fitbit Premium discount for Elderly people

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

Like many, we are elderly and broken. We have just social security which is even less after Medicare is deducted. Because of health we choose to invest in FitBit. We need the O2 sat and in depth sleep information to share with our doctors. Does FitBit have any way to help customers like us if we cannot afford to keep paying a monthly subscription? We are just trying not to die over here.

@SerenitySeas It's nice to see you on the Fitbit Community.

I appreciate the time you took to share your feedback about the Fitbit Premium cost. I totally understand that a discount for elderly people would be beneficial. The best place to make your voice heard is our Feature Suggestion board, those are reviewed by our team and the status will change depending on Fitbit plans. Also, users have the opportunity to vote and comment on them to show their support.

Hope to see your idea on the board. Feel free to post back if you have any additional questions.

I have received a code from my healthcare provider that would include FitBit Premium. How and where do I apply the code to take advantage of this?

@SunsetRunner A warm welcome to the Fitbit Community. Thank you for getting in touch about this.

Since you have been provided a discount code, this could be entered in the Billing Address details, when you visit the Fitbit store and add the Fitbit Premium to your cart, there will be a tab for you to enter the promo code.
