I did all the restarts and resets from related articles. My payment normally pulls for fitbit premium on the tenth of every month to restart the cycle on the 11th. i cancelled the subscription because i couldn't afford to pay for it. I was trying to reactivate the payments today but when i try to select the premium arrow at the bottom of the main page, it says fitbit.com not available. I also tried to do restore purchases and it gave me a error message. I have a samsung galaxy S9 phone. I also have a yellow ring around my PFP. Is fitbit giving me a couple free months of premium, because i logged out, uninstalled, reinstalled, and checked for updates for fitbit and all were green. I also restarted my phone multiple times.

I appreciate the troubleshooting tried prior to posting. I've noticed that this has happened for some users, even though Premium has expired they still see it on their app, however the Premium view will be removed automatically since you're no longer subscribed. Enjoy the free days you were given. 😉
