My Fitbit Coach has just auto renewed and my Premium features have all stopped working. Have tried logging out and logging in on both apps but still lost my Premium features. Can you fix please?

Is it possible to get a response to this please Fitbit? I can no longer do the Guided Programs that I am paying for.

I had exactly the same problem today (19th), after auto subscription renewal of Coach Premium. Logging off etc etc made no difference. When I checked just now, all is back as should be: ie all my Fitbit Premium facilities inc the extended sleep info is back... Hope it goes well for you too...

I had to email customer support to get it sorted, which took 3 days after having to forward a copy of my Apple Pay receipt (even though they stated they could see it had auto renewed via Apple). So was without Premium for over a week. Not great service
