I'm so frustrated that I was told twice that I would receive an email to resolve my issue with renewing my premium membership. While waiting for these emails, I finally read that it is not longer available so no email is going to resolve my issue. I was even given a incident #. I'm very angry and disappointed that a company that I have been loyal to and continually purchase products since 2014 would be so deceitful and treat me this way..

Currently, Fitbit Premium isn't available anymore. However, you can now subscribe to the newest Fitbit Premium which offers 3 features:
- Detailed programs tailored to your health and fitness goals
- Insights on your activity and progress throughout programs
- Step-by-step workouts with Fitbit Coach
