Fitbit Premium not showing all mindfulness sessions

Sometimes my fitbit app shows just the free mindfulness sessions, sometimes one or two sessions from 10% Happier or Aura appears on the list as available on premium.

 

Why this discrepancy?

If I'm a premium member shouldn't I see all sessions from 10% Happier, Aura, Breethe, and Aaptiv on the list?

 

I'm using the Android App (and yes, it is up to date). 

 

Help needed please.

@RicCastelhano Hi there. Thank you for the details shared. 

 

Since you're a Premium user, all the Mindfulness sessions should appear on your Fitbit app. I'd like you to make sure you're checking these sessions in the Discover tab of the Fitbit app. If you're but they aren't showing, please attach a screenshot of the Mindfulness sessions you're getting.

I cant see a way to upload my screenshoots. I followed the link you provide but when I click the "camera icon", the next screen is nothing alike what your link states. I dont have a "choose files" popup, just a textfield with the label "Source".

 

I tried with Chrome and Safari, having the same result in both.

 

Please advice.

That's all I found when I'm in the Mindfulness area. 

 

I'm running the Android App version 3.39.2 and I'm a premium member since Sept'2020.

Having the same issue with Aura not connecting. I use it daily and get no tracking with my fit bit premium.

Have you been able to connect with Aura at some time? Or this has happened all the time.
