Fitbit Premium not working on new phone

Hi. I got an inspire 2 for Christmas with 1 years free premium. Last week I got a new iPhone and my premium has disappeared from the app. The Fitbit app keeps asking me to sign up to my free year subscription but when I do it tells me I’m already subscribed. Has anyone else had this? Thank you in advance 😊

@Kateb. A warm welcome to the Fitbit Community. Thanks for the details mentioned. 

 

I'd like you to make sure you're logged into the same account than you were before, this cold be the reason why Fitbit Premium isn't showing in your new phone. You could check when was this account created by tapping on your profile picture. 

 

If this is the correct account but Premium isn't showing, log out from the app, force quit it and log back in.

Hello, this absolutely worked. Thank you. I checked my emails and yes I was
using the wrong account/ email address. I had completely forgotten I had a
previous account. Thank you very much for jogging my memory! 🙂
