Help. My monthly subscription renewed on June 28th (have a receipt) and iOS subscription is showing it’s due again on July 29th, but my App is asking me to subscribe. I need my stats, please help.
I am experiencing a similar issue. My subscription renewed end of month, and the payment went through but when I go to access premium it asks me to subscribe and I get an error - even though in settings it says My subscription is in place until 2023.
