Fitbit Premium wasn't working after renewal.

I have already renewal Premium. But It's not active after I renewal. (Before that, it's working)

 

I tried to restore my purchases many times, it still not worked.

 

How can I fix it?

I've reported the issue to the support team (3 times) but they still haven't been able to resolve the issue.

 

They said they would contact me back via email. Until now nobody feedbacks to resolve this case.

Thank you for the details mentioned. If your Premium was renewed and your app stopped displaying Premium features, please try restoring your purchase by doing the following: 

 

  1. In the Fitbit app, tap the Today tab 
     
     your profile picture.
  2. Scroll down and tap Restore Purchases 
     
     OK.
