Fitbit app showing a blank page/unable to accept friend requests

When I select profile picture, then device image, the screen goes to a blank page and there are no options for changing the clock face. Also, unable to accept friend requests in the app. How can I correct this? Please and thank you

In order to move your post to the appropriate board please let me know if you have an Android or iOS device.

 

In the meantime, double check that your Fitbit app is updated, if it's then log out, force quit it and log back in. Are you receiving any error message when trying to accept a friend request?

Good day.Just to let you know, I ended up turning my phone off, and back on again. That seemed to resolve the problem. Thank you
