Fitbit broke but 7 months is left on premium subscription

The band no longer stays on my inspire 2. Yes, I tried more than one band.  I am so disappointed that it broke after only a year and half, that I am looking into alternatives.  Can I get a refund on the 7 months left on premium subscription?
