Fitbit isn't showing sleep score

My Fitbit hasn't given me a sleep score for 2 nights, says it can't read my heart rate. I am not doing anything differently. How do I fix this? Is this a health concern at all?

@StevieKJ1 Welcome to the Community. Sorry for the delayed reply.

Thanks for sharing the message that you're receiving on the Fitbit app.

Your sleep score will show if you have sleep stages. Since you mentioned that your Fitbit isn't receiving a constant read of your heart rate, please try the tips mentioned on this article What factors can affect my heart-rate reading on my Fitbit device?

Also, I would like you to check your heart rate reading throughout the day, this to ensure your Fitbit is tracking your hr properly. Which Fitbit do you have?

Let me know the outcome.

Thank you for your reply. I'm embarrassed to say that I'm not sure which model I have. My kids gave this to me for Christmas. My heart measurement works on the screen, it is not working through the night when I am sleeping, so I am not getting my sleep stages score anymore. Please help me with this. Thank you.SJ

Hi my versa is doing exactly the same no heart rate score for the past two nights? Could be a bug with the app?

@RosePose1965 A warm welcome to the Fitbit Community. Thanks for getting in touch about this.

If you're not seeing heart rate information in your Versa, this might be related to the watch. However, if you're a Premium user and the heart rate chart isn't showing any data even though it has been tracked by your watch, check the main thread

If your Versa isn't tracking your HR then follow the procedure posted above

I'll be around if you have any additional questions.

I can get my heart rate on the app, but it is not registering in my sleep score for the restoration each night? The app still gives me a score, but doesn't actually show me when I was under sleeping heart rate? Does this make sense? How do I get it back.
